為我好朋友 Soonee 安排的社交距離生日野餐！
Socially distanced birthday picnic lunch for my dear friend Soonee!
每一年，我和好朋友 Soonee 都會在彼此生日那天請對方在外吃一豐富的午飯慶祝。
今年因為疫情禁城，餐館都不能開門，我跟 Soonee 說，正好 Wales 政府剛宣佈，由六月一日起兩個住在附近不同家庭的成員可以聚會了，只要是在室外，包括家中的花園，當然仍需保持社交距離。我問她好不好我煮點東西帶去她家？有什麽她特别愛吃的？ 她毫不考慮便說要吃我們蔬食廚房的小菜！
於是，在她美麗的花園裡，她其中两位乖巧伶俐的兒子充當我們的侍應服務員。陽光溫暖地照耀，鳥兒歡快地歌唱，我們的女壽星笑得特别開心燦爛！
Every year when our birthdays roll around, my lovely friend and I normally like to celebrate by going out and treating one another to a special lunch.
Since we are unable to do that this year, I suggested to Soonee that I could bring the lunch to her instead. From June 1st, people in Wales from two different households in the same area are now able to meet up outdoors, including in private gardens, if they comply with social distancing. She loved the idea so I asked her what she'd like me to prepare; she chose food from our vegan kitchen without hesitation!
So there it was, in her lovely garden, waited on by two of her brilliant boys. The sun shone warmly, the birds sang chirpily, our birthday girl smiled beautifully!
